About the Solution

FlexiBowl® is an innovative, flexible component supplier that is compatible with any robot and vision system.

The entire range of parts within 1-250mm and 1-250g can be treated with a single FlexiBowl® and replaces the entire vibration ball feeder. It's able to change many parts quickly by program intuitive and easy to use Production changes are made in seconds without mechanical modification. 

Fast and continuous motion

The positions where the product is inserted, flipped, and spread are divided, and where the robot is held. Because the operation occurs simultaneously, parts can be supplied quickly.

Built-in Controller

Standard operation

Flexibowl is divided into 3 sectors and functions. 
It operates sequentially with minimum time because It happens simultaneously.

Circle tracking

FleixTrack enables vision to track the Flexibowl circular conveyor. Vision system in Flexitrack operates at the right front of robot picking area. robot and vision process simultaneously so the processing time reduces. The second camera in this system is deployed at the front of bulk feeder so that it balances an amount of parts.

Multi hopper

Feeding different parts at the same time is possible by multiple parts feeding. Parts up to six could be managed stably by one single Fleixbowl. Each bulk feeder(hopper) is needed for every single part. You can minimize the production and layout costs by this system. This function is available on Flexibowl 500, 650, 800
