World's Fastest

Every small robot needs it.

AIVE and ROBOEYE support integration in a variety of environments.

Specifically, it is controlled in a simple environment using TCP / IP. It is a convenient program using a robot called Plug-in. Provides a simpler and easier control over the robot's programming environment. Allows the user to use the program without fully understanding the communication. It also provides convenient programs that make it much easier for users to use difficult programs.

UR-Cap AIVE direct control

It's robotic flexible part feeding system with Epson robot. We built the system utilizing EPSON RC+. The system composed without I/O control for AIVE and Vision system

This program was developed by AIM in Korea. It is developed for easy handling of AIVE in UR robot pendant.
This program is distributed free of charge to Universal users and AIVE users.
We made the way of TCP/IP data communication much easier for robot egineers.
• Easy control by Plug-in
• Direct control by TCP/IP
• No need for PLC
• Easy and simple function by robot program

Fanuc robot

Fanuc and AIVE direct control

Integrated control of AIVE with commands within the Fanuc robot. The Fanuc Karel program creates a simple node for the Fanuc robot. Save time and money by eliminating the need for controls for complex communication.

• Simple node program
• Simple Ethernet communication and setting

Fanuc robot

Fanuc and ROBOEYE communication

If you need a high resolution vision system, use ROBO EYE. It provides an optimal vision system with algorithms that avoid high accuracy, overlap, and gripper interference.

• High accuracy needed for small parts
• High accuracy of Pick & Place
• Sensitive control images for recognition parts

Staubli robot

Staubli and ROBOEYE communication

A robotic flexible parts supply system consisting of Staubli Robot. A simple system has been configured using VAL3 provided by the Staubli native language. The main control is the Staubli robot, which connects the feeder AIVE with the Roboyeclient. Systems configured without I/O use solenoid valves built into the robot. Increase production flexibility for solutions that can only be controlled by Ethernet lines.

We made the way of TCP/IP data communication much easier for robot egineers.

• Simple connection with Ethernet
• Connect to special node and client features
• No need for digital I/O even controlled by solenoid valve

KUKA robot

KUKA and ROBOEYE communication

A robotic flexible parts supply system consisting of Kuka Robot. We built a simple system using Ethernet KRL provided by KUKA robots. The main control is the KUKA robot, which connects the feeder AIVE with the Roboyeclient. Systems configured without I/O use solenoid valves built into the robot. Increase production flexibility for solutions that can only be controlled by Ethernet lines.

We made the way of TCP/IP data communication much easier for robot egineers.

• Simple connection between Ethernet and KRL
• Connect to special node and client features
• No need for digital I/O even controlled by solenoid valve
