AThe installation process mainly involves coordinate alignment calibration with the robot, TCP/IP communication with the robot, product registration and matching, and registration of the flexible feeder and hopper.​

AAIM provides RoboEYE and FlexiBowl products, and technical support is provided remotely, with on-site visits available if needed. Technical support includes hardware installation and instructions for using the vision system. Performance-related matters of the product are not covered under warranty and must be inquired about separately.​​

AWe can collaborate with approximately 80% of global robot brands. Additionally, communication is possible if the robot supports TCP/IP.​​

AThe camera resolutions used in our vision system are 1.3M, 5M, and 10M.​

AAIVE2.2 can handle product sizes ranging from 0.4mm to 25mm, AIVE3.0 from 25mm to 40mm, and AIVE4.0 from 40mm to 80mm.​

AOur products come with a one-year warranty period.
